01Who We Are
One London Group is an independent British business group bringing together companies operating across professional security, specialist protection, workforce technology and digital compliance.
The group is structured so that each company keeps its own identity, market and proposition. A security operator and a compliance software business do not serve the same customers or compete on the same terms, and pretending otherwise would weaken both. What they share is a set of standards, a common approach to how businesses should be run, and the backing to develop over time.
That structure is deliberate. The group holds the discipline; the companies hold the expertise.

To build commercially relevant businesses, and to keep them relevant.
The group is committed to developing businesses that solve genuine problems for the people who pay for them. In services, that means operational reliability and the quality of the people who turn up. In technology, it means products that take real administrative weight off an organisation rather than adding a system to manage.
Across both, the measure is the same: whether the business is genuinely useful to its market, and whether it can keep being useful as that market changes.
